I GREW MY HAIR 2 INCHES IN 1 WEEK ?! | 4c natural Hair

I believe that scalp massaging in key to promoting hair growth. It helps to stimulate the blood flow to your head and tipping you =r head upside down certainly will help. I believe I did get some hair growth at the end of this experiment but I wouldn't say it was anywhere near 2 inches of growth.

It definitely does work. I've done it several times. The first time I got two to three inches. After that it was more like one inch. You can't do it too often and there are many factors to consider like hair type or the oil you're using or the temperature of the oil or whatever. Personally it was very helpful. By the way, my hair is 4c. Very coarse, very thick, and hard to retain length. Edit: For those wondering, I just use olive oil! It's been like four years now. Hasn't failed. Growth results may vary and I don't do it every month, but still works.

It definitely does work... I usually do it for about 3 days a few times a years and still get an inch each time.. it works. There are so many ways to achieve results different ways.. this is literally the only hair method that has the same exact steps. Oil, massage, flip... That's it... And u decided to leave the main one out. You have to hydrate and nurish your scalp as well as your hair.. u can get results without the flip... How can you try something and not follow the steps. This is literally the only review I've seen and the person said it didn't work. This is also the only who who did not use oil and decided to manipulate a dry scalp. Vegetable oil from the kitchen would have been something.. tell us it's grape seed oil 😂😂. We will not know the difference. I think you should try it again
