@@itskoasmith best way to eat liver: take a slice of bacon cut it into 3rds...wrap 1/3 around beef or chicken liver. Cook in the over (see yt/net for temp & time cant remember) and then eat a few and freeze the rest to eat a few a week. this is delicious for carnivore diet. 🥓🥓 Great vid Koa. Thanks for sharing your Van's triple crown behind the scenes with all of us. Aloha. (ps dont eat liver raw. Raw meat & liver can have parasites = seriously you dont want to get any = will make you very sick long term. I know on yt so many are eating liver & beef raw but dont do it. See yt ch Dr Group, Dr Berg, Eric Bakker naturopath vids on parasites and the major side effects you can get from them.
