same andy i have just recovered from a stress fracture in my foot in the calcaneus area and i think it may have returned but it only hurts after i finish running for some reason and is like a pain 4/10 when i stop running sadly but hopefully it hasn't returned but keep up the work on youtube i love to see elite athletes everyday life👍🙂

Is there gonna be workout videos in the future? Also good luck with recovery Ive also injured my ankle and its rubbish not being able to train
