I hate surprises.

My boyfriend ‪@TomMacDonaldOfficial‬ got me my mom as a Christmas present (I hadn’t seen her in 3 years and it was a very thoughtful present but I definitely had some tough moments struggling with social anxiety and feeling unprepared 👀 ).
I’m a big planner and filling in social time with activities (or even phone conversations) is something that stresses me out in general. So no - I wasn’t angry at my mom - that was entirely a joke - but I was processing some emotions for the first few days of her visit. It took me about 3 days to regulate 😂

Nova, so many of us understand panic attacks. I get serious social anxiety around other people, especially when I'm not expecting company. Even if I love the people visiting, I like my normalcy and regular schedule 🤗 ❤️

I can relate. I have panic attacks stressing out about the possibility of panic attacks. It's like a vicious cycle where we create our anxiety by worrying about possible anxiety. The older I get the more I can tell myself to chill and breathe my way through it. It's so overwhelming sometimes but adult coloring books or building Legos help me when I am in my head and a mess!

@@19holly19 I HATE when they start looping like that! It's worse when none of my tools work and I know what's happening, but the anxiety still crosses into a panic attack. I feel so stupid driving to the emergency room and telling them that I am dying, I know I am not, but I cannot shut it down, and none of my tools or "pharmaceuticals" are working. I pace, sometimes for hours, and am surprised I have not worn grooves in my carpeting. Worse is I have few family members left and have chased off any friends with my Manic Episodes. So I keep getting older and more alone making them even harder to deal with. Stupid "Mental Health" people don't realize that drugs cannot fix everything. I am not built on sliding scales of "1 to 10" ... Those symptoms change daily, sometimes hourly...

I know I comment a lot on your vids and seem very social, however I am not, I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder, so much so I have only left my house twice in three years, only to go see my mom at Christmas , that may sound a little crazy, I can assure you I am not lol. However seeing you two do what you have done gives me hope that someday I will break away from this prison I have kept my self in.
