it’s very commendable of the writers in committing to portray penguin at his most evil outside the comics, and putting him in his classic comic book suit at the end was just the icing on the cake. The best comic show since daredevil by far! The Bat-reeves verse is fire (if it wasn’t already) the wait for the batman part 2 will be so worth it!

I love the Finale, the audience loved the Penguin in the Batman, because of how "silly" he was. TV show got us some exceptional writing, which has shown has how psychotic and evil Oswald truly is, and I am objectively satisfied with the finale, but personally I am sad that Victor died, even though I know why he was killed, it was still very sad

I was thinking that this could lead to Selina getting her own series to a degree. An adaptation of "Catwoman: When In Rome". But so far, there have been no plans for that, which is fine. For The Batman Part 2, I'd like to see an adaptation of Dark Victory, which was the sequel to Long Halloween. That story introduces Dick Grayson. Apparently, in Matt's own words, Bruce will find it hard to be Batman due to the guilt of what occurred in the 1st movie.

In a Marvel series they would bring Vic back the next season because it's gotten so kids friendly that literally no one dies anymore or he would just appear because of the multiverse nonsense.💀😂 Nah but ngl Vic became my favorite character in this series and it's actually amazing how much the audience cares about him considering that the series only had 8 episodes. I got no theories, but I got hyped ash when I saw the batlogo appear. The creators explained that the reason why Batman didnt show up is because he cant be everywhere at once. But the explosion in crownpoint caught his attention and the GCPD realized they couldn't do it alone. I finished the series on Monday, and tbh I hate that it was Oz that killed him. But he sent Sofia to Arkam as a scapegoat for everything that happened and Ig he felt he needed to kill Vic since he was a loose end and knew everything there was to know about Oz

It just goes to show how fuckin good this show is to illicit such extreme emotions in its audience intentionally. Oz knew that Sofia thought of Arkham as Hell and he sent her back there instead of killing her, Oz subjectively chose which promise to his mother that he wanted to keep for his own personal satisfaction and thereby subjected her to a hellish life imprisoned in her own body overlooking the same view that she had been promised by her monster of a son for the rest of her vegetative life. All that on top of everything with Vic and Salvatore just goes to show how much thought the writers put into studying just how someone so greedy, petty, callous, selfish, vindictive and any number of other words for evil could exist.

Best way to introduce DCU Barry Allen: They find Vic's body, and they need a good forensic scientist. They call up a man in Central City and he tries to identify the body, but he sees that Batman is there and assumes that he wants to take the case over. Batman, pushing his ego aside, works with Barry to find out who the kid is. At this point, Barry is already The Flash. Batman catches Barry constantly and impaitently tapping his foot. Batman doesn't trust Barry so later on he looks at the security cameras where they both were. Turns out, Barry grabbed a sample of Vic in the blink of an eye. That's when Batman knows that Barry Allen is The Flash.
