Thank you for the extensive description, very helpful and much more than I would expect from other creators. As for Genshin I absolutely loved the Chongun part. It's a great game, as a day-1 player I just wish they added major characters in the overworld, like Jean in her office, Venty in the bar etc. that'd be so nice. Thank you for the video.

Nendoroids and Pop Parade figures are my favorite. i recently decided to just stick to those and only buy characters that i love the most. but yes sometimes they can be a pain to put together, but worth it once you get the perfect pose! :D

I feel the same about assembling nendoroids BUT I still love them, I have so many haha (probably around 60 at this point). They are small and dont take up much space, I love the chibi style, and you can change up the poses if you get bored but they dont have super visible joints like figmas. Some tips for tricky parts that wont come loose; you can wrap a rubber grip like they use to open jars around small accessories to try to wiggle them loose and/or use pliers to gently pull the pieces apart without damaging the paint. For really stuck face plates (or if the hair is really sharp haha) I take a soft cloth or microfiber cloth and wrap the head in it and then try to pull the hair apart so I dont scratch it with my nails. Sometimes I will also pull from the ear instead of the hair to loosen the hair if it's REALLY stuck. For the pegs on their backs, one side of the arm for the stand actually pops off and you can push the peg into their back first, then slot the arm back into the peg while it's already in their back. Makes it wayyy easier. Also museum putty/sticky tack works really well for securing loose parts that should have included magnets but dont (so they kind of just sit on the figure) Edit: Also your rant about Chongyun convinced me to try Genshin again 😂

I'm nearing a hundred nendoroids, and i've only had trouble posing them a handful of times, maybe my love for gunpla and assembling stuff helps. But i agree with the parts, i procrastinate with unboxing because i have to deal with bagging the extra parts, labelling, and folding the box.

I have like 40 Nendos. I honestly love opening them and picking a pose then changing them later. For the small parts, honestly I just store them back in their blister and don't bother with the little baggies system you use. Less risk of paint transfer that way. Packing up nendos to move though is a special kind of hell, I moved in April and it took 10 hours to pack them all up. ☠☠☠ In regards to posing, the newer nendos tend to come with instructions to do certain poses ( Though i never do box poses anyway) but the secret is just fiddling and usually a mix of rotating the shoulders and hands, and maybe switching to a bent arm. I am going to give you a warning with Leona, she does support bootlegs/Recasts of GKS. I do have a recommendation for GK painter on KZbin though. Their name is Sukima and they do the painted GKs that are shown at wonfes. For example the Gawr Gura GK everyone wanted a year or so ago. I enjoy having their videos on in the background when playing genshin along with Dollightfuls (Been watching since around the Eeveelution videos)

Oh that pain with moving out and packing Nendoroids...haha..my hubby and I have like 20+ Nendos and we really think we should get a storage box. In the next quater we have buy like 2 to 3-4 Nendos (they were pre-ordered) each months and i even hate a single thought that one day I need to pack them all when we move out

I just wish they made all Nendoroids with the arms and legs that have the joints, like the Natsu from Fairy Tail, or the stealth suit Deku, Bakugo & Shoto from My Hero Academia. honestly nendoroids aren't my favorite however there are somne series where i know that the character is not going to get a scale, or its a character i want bu not neccessarily want to give scale space to a character so i like nendoroids for that. i think they're pretty cute in general and a decent size and have no "shame" for having a bunch lol

By "not beginner friendly" people mean that all of the new content such as events, stories (characters stories exclusive to events that disappear forever when the event is over) etc are happening in newer areas such as Sumeru and Inzuma, meaning that new players don't get to experience them since they're stuck in Monstadt and Liyue

Some of them looked cool but not for characters I like/love.. and all the parts without a way to store them, you having to work out your own storage system is odd to me.. like if they had a cool base to store their parts without costing more.. that would be more interesting to me.

Genshin spending is interesting honestly, you get so few pulls on the Gacha for the money it costs that it's Legitimately cheaper to just buy the figure of the character you like than it would be to pull for them so you end up not spending in the way you spend on every non gacha game anyway xd
