One of the most fun combos in my Ayara deck was Blade of Selves onto Abhorrent Overlord. Blade is an amazing add in the deck and lets things like Gary, Rune-Scarred Demon, and Plaguecrafter do some seriously devastating things, but put that baby on Overlord while Ayara is onboard and you melt faces.

ame back from the clutch three times on MTG Arena lol, once 1 life vs 24 life opponent (Best game ever BTW) ... , another had 9 poison counters, barely won, and the last 1 life and dude quit at 7 life lol. got pics to show... never give up folks! I Hate that he died before I could play him in a game. Thank You Shelden Menery for bringing us commander.

idk if this is right, but pretty sure tokens go to the graveyard and then cease to exist as a state-based action, so they would trigger a "enters the graveyard" ability, meaning the dude should have been way bigger

No, because it never actually gets the counter put on it. This would be true if the counter went on and then was cancelled out, but it never actually goes on (which admittedly is an awkward and stupid mechanic).

Jason is correct. Its state based action and +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters can be put on the same permanent temporarily. Meaning it can be proliferated before it disapears. 704.5. The state-based actions are as follows: 704.5q If a permanent has both a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter on it, N +1/+1 and N -1/-1 counters are removed from it, where N is the smaller of the number of +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters on it.

He _can_ proliferate the counter, but it's pointless. Proliferating adds one counter of _each_ type of counter the permanent has. In other words, proliferating it would proliferate both the +1/+1 counter and the -1/-1 counters. It's normally useless.
