Once Rye is a toddler you definitely need to go to Breanne’s studio for some family photos. It would be so cute to have them all go visit their auntie and have some nice portraits and group photos taken for a fun gallery wall in the living room, parents room, or upstairs hallway.

About the toddler table, have one of the parents put it together so the kids can play with it! Also, you can sell those plates in your household inventory for a little extra cash. They are gifts from relatives for birthdays.

Is that how the toddler tables work? I recently put one in my sims house and noticed I can’t even click on it as the toddler. I thought it was maybe a glitch that showed up with the upcoming baby update but I have never used a toddler table before so I don’t know if this is new or just how they have always worked.

I love how the house turned out! For future ideas: I had a few sibling friends as a kid who would share a smaller bedroom to sleep in but had a bigger room for toys, kind of like a playroom. At night they were tucked in bunk beds anyway so the smaller room was fine but they had more room for toys. So technically the houses had enough bedrooms but the kids slept in the same one anyway. That was more common with twins or siblings very close in age, but at least 3 of my friends lived like that. I like the idea and use it in my Sims houses sometimes.

Great renovation! One suggestion, once they have a bit more money I think it would be cute to add a sunroom to the house for an actual playroom/skill building area for the kids. Then the living room could be more relaxing and grown up. As a parent it is always nice to have one clutter free space to relax in and entertain company in. Besides a sunroom near the pool would look beautiful.

I think instead of that tiny bathroom behind the stairs, it would've been more interesting to do something different with the stairs and open up the entrance to the living room, kinda like what was done with the walls in the kitchen-dinning. I just think having it open instead of using a door would make the downstairs feel less claustrophobic, in a sense; it would flow better, imo nevertheless, the reno is going great!!! and I know I'm gonna love it, anyway

I never see anyone use them but I think it was the vampires pack that came with radiators to make it look like the house is heated in some way because there isn't like wall vents to fake forced air heat (that I know of) so in my builds that are not nearly as good as yours or lilsimsie, I alway put in a few radiators. But I grew up in South Philly (and moved back to) where it is all row homes/AKA Straight Through so I am not use to suburban type houses and my house has radiators, which I like better than forced air, it's not as drying on the skin so I don't need a humidifier. I mean it took so long just to get light switches, still no wall outlets so I am not expecting HVAC vents for heating or A/C any time soon.

I gotta say, even though the nano trash can is expensive, you can get your money back. Every time you use it, it is 10 simos so you multiply that by 4 because there are 4 sims in the house, and then multiply that by 3 for 3 meals a day--that is 120 simos a day so that it will pay for itself in 10 days in-game.
