The Jouer Powder, they have a deep color and it’s amazinggg for bronzing.. I’m telling you it’s the best formula because is a hydrating powder in a satin dewy finish. Perfect bronzer for dark skin, you should try it. Better than mocha mami if you want a shade darker and less red version of mocha mami

I’m so happy you said what you said about the abh deep peach because I bought it and the golden orange. Deep peach is not great for my under eye. I find it moves a lot and no method I try works. I also find it works with come concealers which is a bit long to be honest. Gold orange is great for my face and I love how it looks. It’s good for evening out my face and bring warmth.

My top two setting powders are the Too Faced Sweet Peach loose powder and the Beauty Bakerie loose banana powder. My holy grail all over face powder is L’Oréal True Match. All three have been faves for a few years, even after trying other powders I always come back to these.

That's Hourglass powder is my bae for my mature eyes. I also really really like the Becca hydro one that you haven't tried. It's really nice. I'm gonna try the lamer powder and the Chanel powder too see if I like either of those better. But for now, it's Hourglass and Charlotte's press powder all the way. 🥰🥰🥰

UD Waterproof is good but it was a mess for me. It broke up when I carried it in my makeup bag, so I pulverized it and put it into another container. One day on the bus, a few months ago, I accidentally broke the cover for the new container and it wasn't worth trying to find a new container. Tossed it out, lol.

I know it's a love it or hate it product, but that Becca Hydra-Mist powder (in the deeper shade) is truly my all-time favorite powder. I don't bake, but it leave such a beautiful blurred finish when used all over the face. It's definitely not the most mattifying by any means, but the natural "glow" my skin gets throughout the day is totally my thing and it never turns into an oil spill. The packaging is trash tho. The middle flap doesn't form a seal with the sifter, so powder collects in between and can make a mess when you open it sometimes.

Dont know if i said it before but I bought the mini Laura mercier translucent powder on a random and it wasn't bad on my dark skin. I figured since i put foundation over it it shouldn't be an issue. I now use elf hd powder to set before foundation and mac studio fix to set concealer. ETA: YOU BETTA KEEP THAT STUDIO FIX!!🤣

Question: Does it matter the color of the setting powder if your setting your whole face for a soft glam look? Does it change the color of foundation?

Rare KO yes! And it also matters the quality. If you’re deeper skin, a lot of powders flashback or sit on the skin and create an ashy look.I’d suggest setting your whole face with a powder your skin tone.
