Would you ever cover Anarchy online? I consider that, DaoC and Everquest to be the trifecta of the early MMOs. Its' Ironic how those three games...to this DAY! have yet to be emulated or perfect as they were TRUE MMOrpgs and not themeparks about leveling.

I think EverQuest has a pretty huge influence on the genre. RuneScape is also worth a book for sure. But I am not as familiar with that game.
