I once was in the queue for a hawker stall (common in my country, think like big open areas selling a variety of food at low prices) and there was this chick kinda standing in the queue but also at a table the queue was passing and I wasn't sure if she was in the queue or not. So I walked up to her and said excuse me, and she barely glanced at me before saying "I have a boyfriend". Luckily my brain wasn't having any of it, and I immediately responded with "I don't give a flying fuck if you have a boyfriend or not. Are you standing in the queue?".
