I've been obsessed this week with watching "no-dig" fence installations using post masters. You can rent the post pounder, but you can also buy one if you end up doing more than one fence. If you bought one, it'd been a fraction of the cost of 4x4 cedar posts and concrete. Just a thought for when you do smaller fences. Not sure it'd be doable on a fence this tall.

I love that you are thinking about privacy, I have two homes together and I'm thinking about the same thing. Crazy that there is an AIRBNB close to me and they have a house and two trailers all together that would really suck to rent.

I don't know, the bottom 2x4's will probably still rot out, or pull away. Def would have been cheap insurance to use 2x4 hidden hangers on the bottom.

@devonloerop what is the make and model of the corner level please? I recently learned you can get a product that wraps around the bottom of the post before setting it in cement to greatly reduce rot. I believe I saw it on April Wilkerson channel
