Freedom of the press, Freedom to assemble and Freedom of speech. California has lost the second amendment because they did not exercise it. Every Veteran that served and or died for these rights should be proud that everyday Americans are out using those rights. Any American that thinks you need to "Ask Permission" to exercise your rights should be shipped to North Korea so they can see what NO rights feels like!

These people absolutely have a right to NOT be recorded without their permission because you’re posting their image on KZbin for money, that is per the rules and regulations for KZbin. All these people can do a privacy strike and have that video taking down. I hope they have the information to contact KZbin to get your videos removed …

@@adventuresoflittlejohnny laura didn't say it was a law - it's a *right*. Per KZbin policy. You should read it sometime. ANYONE that is used in a video, without their permission or consent, can file a privacy strike. Doesn't matter if they work for Tom's Books, Starbucks, US Post Office, etc. etc.

@@laurawentworth6237 You sound so stupid fighting about this. Do yourself a favor and research the law. Stop acting so butthurt. Or move to a communist country where it's not ok to film in public. He's not getting rich filming historic buildings. If anything he might get more views because ignorant people are offended for nothing and don't have a clue what freedom is. Do some research and stop crying about this. Its just a guy with a camera. Why are people so fucking offended all the time? Meanwhile if you seen Oprah you would stop and pull out you phone and start filming. Should you go to jail???? No. It's perfectly fine. If this hurts you're feelings order a copy of the constitution. You're head might explode from all the cool shit you never knew.

@@jbazinga2385 this is false. Not all videos on KZbin have had all people consent. The second false claim is that inside a post office is not ok. And it 100% is. Though it's a government affiliated building (USPS) it's also property of the community. And it is deemed a Public Space. Ask a cop, ask a lawyer. Read the law. Its super easy to look up what's covered under the 1st amendment. 🇺🇸

There should be no expectation of privacy in public. This is both legal and a right. Almost all buildings have cameras just because a guy is standing with one, does not mean it's reason to get upset. Every day of your life is spent on camera everywhere you go. The law covers both private citizens and the press. Business's and police. Stores, daycare facilities, schools, ATM machines, delivery vehicles, the list is almost endless. We don't have to like it. But its not against the law in America. Biometrics is what you should be worried about. Not just a man with a camera in a public space. Have a great day 😀

@@twistedink4788 You're absolutely correct. However, there is a human component that you, and every stupid frauditor out there seems to forget or not care about. It's not a normal expectation to step outside your door and have some person with a camera recording you. I can think of plenty of places that I go that don't have cameras following me. And, the big difference between those security cameras and the one this jerk is carrying around? Those are there for the safety of everyone and don't post any interactions to a social media platform looking for a profit. He goes out *deliberately* looking for a reaction so he can get more clicks and views on his video, just to earn some KZbin bucks. I'd be willing to be if YT suddenly stopped giving away the ad money he gets he'd stop these videos that he claims are "...exercising his freedoms and rights...".
