You shouldn’t have to have visitors from all us fans! We can be satisfied with everything you show us on your videos. You show us all we need to see right here and share all we need to hear right here. I so agree with you in that allowing visitors to start coming at all hours of the day, or night, would take away from all you are doing with the work you already do, your time, your privacy, etc., and it would cause your videos and pod cast to suffer for the rest of us because of having to deal with people showing up, even unexpectedly, when you are trying to keep up with all you already have going. Surely we fans should truly understand all this!

I remember when my kids were little, I was going to make hamburgers and found out that I only had hot dog rolls!!! So I rolled my chopped meat into hot dog shapes and made "hamburger dogs" and grilled them! My kids loved them, my husband was confused(until I explained!) a we all laughed! Purple potatoes are delicious! We have a farm stand by us that had 2 old trucks outside at the front of their farm stand with their name on it and they have the " rusted metal patina" look! Don't know if these trucks run,(I doubt it)! So I know what you like and want! My father was a life long mechanic from the 1940's until the 80's and he used to use a stethoscope when he worked on an engine!!!! There are not enough young people going into trades these days! Everything is so technical today! This young man is also working on cars that were simple and basic to work on. A great place to start when you are learning the automotive business! Sounds like the Lord is good to you every which way you turn because you deserve it! A lot of people who like the rusty look usually clear coat over it to preserve that look! Good luck to you both and God Bless!

The problem with visitors coming to your property is the safety factor! You can not just have strangers come to your personal residence!! Maybe see if you can rent the local VFW or American Legion for a meet and greet! Also, if someone comes over one time, now they think you all are "friends" and come over whenever they want to!!!!!! Also you must consider your daughter's safety!!! And people bring people whether they ask you or not!!! Please don't let strangers into your home! I'm with Jason on this one, and yes I love to talk to people, too but safety first! Sorry we have to think this way and plus,I'm from suburbia on Long Island, NY and we don't have your trusting southern ways all the time! Just the state of the world today, unfortunately! Nice truck Jason! Good Bless!

One way around visitors would be to have your farm stand once a week for a 3 or 4 hours and meet and greet that way. Honey Tree farms does that, along with selling at 3 or 4 farmers markets on Saturday mornings, and their wholesale produce sales to restaurants.

Sadly too many city people, with large quantity of time on their hands, like to fill that spare time visiting. But farm life is full of chores and work and there is little spare time to just converse and chat, so visits are are difficulty to manage, especially bad are unplanned events of people just unexpectedly turning up.
@LadySilverBlueDragonBudget3 жыл бұрын
I've been thinking about what you said about a old truck farm stand dig out with your tractor so it will be flat area near the road but on your property park a truck sideways. Build your fence around the backside with a gate so you can put veggie in the truck bed leaving the front side of the truck open so people can park and get your veggies from your peace faith veggie stand. Can't wait to see what you guys decide to do with it. Please stay safe and God Bless.
