Every event you mentioned I've been through worse in my life and on top of that i now have autoimmune conditions and at this point i just want to get away from people prying into my life, worst part is being gaslighted and emotionally abused my my former therapist.

This is an beautiful video. Thank you for sharing. I feel very similar and have been diagnosed with C-PTSD. I definitely lean on the 'fight' side of things, but my BF has been through childhood abuse as well, and he has nightmares just like you. Have you read Trauma and Recovery?

Hey. The algorithm just took me to you. Im a 31 year old man whos also in STEM and this video made me feel seen. It was strongly suggested that i might have C-PTSD by my therapist. My symptoms are a bit different from yours but theres definitely a lot of overlap. Thanks so much for opening up about this. I wish could have heard this in my early 20s.

I am 16 years old and a psychiatrist diagnosed me 3 months ago with c-PTSD, I suffered 10 years of child abuse, 8 years of bullying and other things, I am in treatment and in the process of filing a complaint against my mother, I don't know if I feel good or feeling bad because I am not the only one going through these things, life is neither good nor bad, it depends on the person who is living it

my nightmares are a bit "extreme", when I don't dream of being humiliated or hit by someone, I dream about things a lot... (they tortured me since I was 11 years old by showing me gore videos, which makes me have nightmares about someone harming me in very descriptive or me harming another person, it's sh1t)
