Although its just a story.."hypothetically", whatever toxin their venom inrorporated, couldn't have been a neurotoxin, because it would, either..destroy, or irreparably damage synapses & receptors, rendering the central nervous system useless. Its have to be similar to tetrodotoxin or batrachotoxin, which wouldnt actually "kill" a victim. It would dramatically reduce physiological functions."respiration.. heart-rate, etceteta", but it DOES cause nearly instantaneous unconsciousness. Facilitating a.relatively..easy "hijacking", of the..still functional central nervous system, of a living..but unconcious, host. If organic/organic acids & solvents had no significant effects, then liquid nitrogen, or some other cryogenic refrigerant.

Yeah science wise, this story is very fantastical. Finding a highly aggressive arachnid species that just happens to live Montana and has heretofore never been seen is a massive stretch unless they happen to be aliens. But… it was fun. I effing love spiders.
@perceptionofreality3074
@perceptionofreality3074 2 жыл бұрын
@@heathermauldin4951 "Not necessarily an.."alien" arachnid...how about something like..an inter, or pan-dimensional "trap-door" spider? It would be able to find or sense any kinds of rips, tears or.."thin spots" between dimensions..and then WAIT ..just at the periphery of that thin spot, for whatever unsuspecting creature gets too close. The moment it DOES, the..pan-dimensional creepy crawly, using its hind appendages to keep itself firmly anchored in.."its" diemsion/pocket dimension/universe", while its front limbs thrust THROUGH the thin-spot..kind of blindly grabbing, whatevers on the other side..& yanking it BACK into its "home" dimension. There literally WOULDNT be a single trace of evidence left.."not..HERE, in this dimension anyways". Just a set of tracks..abruptly ending..no other tracks leading away. Even if the "victim" screamed, they COULDNT be heard..so long as the rip or tear had been adequately..re-secured, by the critter..so as to re-set its inter-dimensional trap-door.

Phew ! I'm sure this will be a great story because of the consistency of your channel. Fortunately I am immune from the shudders and nightmares they inspire in most and...I am full of crap. I am a fully fledged shrieking arachnophobe and the very thought of a spider that can eat a bear make the pious fish folk from last nights story seem much more appealing. Maybe the scariest thing about this story is that spiders are actually smart enough to pull this off.
@teddydog6229
@teddydog6229 3 жыл бұрын
I'd have to get a good look at a confused-looking spider to convince myself it's capable of that expression. But as you plainly say these phantom spiders are just as smart as you please so confusion seems within their fluttery grasp.

I have severe arachnophobia, so much so that I can't even look at a picture of a spider without immediately turning around and covering my eyes, I even start to tear up. Ah, I wish people didn't make fun of my phobia. It really puts me into a fight, flight, or freeze mode and I feel like I'm in legitimate danger every time. Not the point though, just began to rant a little. 😅 Give your sister my condolences, I understand the fear. If she managed to get through the video, that was a huge step if hers is bad! I hope that she overcomes it. If she already did, that's amazing! Not sure if *I* should watch the video or not, but I still absolutely love horror, especially Lighthouse Horror's and The Dark Somnium's narrations.
