I'm getting a sidecar fitted to my 82 Honda VF750 Magna and would love to get car tyres fitted to that but unfortunately there's not enough space to fit them.

I think there is a small difference in the way it handles but over all it's not a big deal. I've run the dark side on my 2008 Honda Goldwing and my 2006 Honda VTX1800c . I would do it again with no fear !! Enjoy the mileage you will get out of it Frank !!

I get the rear darkside car tire but why use a motorcycle rear tire on the front, what does that achieve?

Because a motorcycle rear tire has a lot more tread depth and last a lot longer when used on the front
