I shredded the tank and they mitigated damage while they died. Tank items are therefore OP.

He does like to complain about mitigations. That's the purpose of them, no? Otherwise he's gonna nerf a tanky warrior into oblivion and make tanks useless... The game isn't perfect, but mitigations are there for a reason.

I do agree that some tanks are ridiculous, but he really does love to overexaggerate the problem. If everyone did true damage, people would die after like 1 or 2 abilities. The game is balanced around the amount of mitigations that are there. 100 prots is 50% mitigations, meaning they will take as much as they don't. Also the biggest issue never brought up, is that tanks are absolute jokes for PvE, they are purely a PvP class. If they sucked at that too why use them. Hell they barely get use right now anyway with mages running solo.

@@avixxbus The whole purpose of tanks is to frontline, take damage, CC and distract the other teams damage. To think you should be able to just flat out nuke a tank is silly. There has been times where tanks were OP and did more damage than they should while ALSO being tanky... But that's not the issue here lol

@erikholum4772 The whole purpose of SUPPORTS is to frontline, take damage, CC, and distract the enemy team. Solos are very different. They 100% should be able to beat out burst mages and assassins, maybe not everytime especially late, but they should be competitive. The only reason it always seems like tanks do so much damage is because they are doing that damage to a squishy. Someone with nearly no protections who is not going to be mitigating a huge amount of the damage, so yes it will seem like a lot, but put that damage towards another tank and it's like two gnats going at it with each other. If tanks deal no damage, then they are easy to ignore. Warriors once again are not clearing objectives/ towers, and they sure aren't killing hunters late game. So if they can't even threaten mages, then what is the purpose of playing them? Edit: I think I may have misread your comment, I thought you were saying tanks do too much damage right now. My bad. I completely agree with you.

Arachne already DESTROYS targets, if she was able to pen more and get more of that damage through mitigation, she'd be broken. His complaints are silly. He's not thinking about how terrible it'd feel to be on the receiving end of that type of unmitigated damage. lol

Solo is amazing love the videos. But the purpose of a tank is to not die easily and set up for team to kill. Enemys. If you could kill a tank quickly then there wouldn't be a purpose for the tanks.

the problem is that the tanks put out almost as much dmg being full tank as you do full pen/full dps build because mitigation is so heavy right now. they also give tanks ability dmg while giving some of the best item stats in glad shield. 15+25% of prots is more than crusher puts out at full build. assuming 300 total prots by 15 min mark, you are putting out extra 90 dmg on abilities that already have high base damage (herc base dmg numbers).

Alright, mitigating 66% of the damage taken sounds impressive on paper but arachnee did 18 autos in the span of 5 seconds. 5 seconds is all it took to kill a full tank warrior. Meanwhile, the simple act of pressing 1 outhealed the damage of herc's 1 and ult, which is 90% of his damage, but that's absolutely fair and balanced of course. After all, knowing that herc's driving strike did 10% of arachnee hp, it would only take a realistic 5 spell rotation no ultimate or 4 spell rotation with ult for herc to kill arachnee, if of course, arachnee decides to stay immobile for 30 seconds without using her 1 of moving or killing herc in 5 seconds. Yeah, perfectly balanced, tanks are op when hunters miss 90% of their autos and mages only hit 1 spell out of five. Why don't everyone try playing them at least once if they are that op ? 👍

will there ever be a game where you don't complain about how defense works in this game? You don't have much pen against Herc and you don't even have anti tank items It would be bad if an assassin could kill easily with that build a tank, not the exact opposite! P.S. despite the build being just bad against tanks, the herc still hard loses 1vs1 because tanks can't do much damage. They need to use full kit at least twice to do something (in this case much more since Herc 1 hits for 200) The way you complain is getting more and more ridiculous every video
