I make same but on George Foreman Grill. Put my cooked Mince in a whole Tortilla make a packet and grill them. Never used Cheese but will try next time. Thanks for sharing the wonderful recipes ❤ 🙏🏼

I used ground lamb and subbed green onions with Cilantro for the parsley and red pepper flakes mixed into the meat. I love kicking up the spicy flavor of peppery heat to the dish I make similar to this one. And make or use handmade tortillas use sprouted wheat flour.

Now where you use oil for the top I use melted butter. Other than that we are the same. I just think the added butter gives it a much more POP! But I was surprised at how nearly identical we were on this.

Paprika should always be kept in a different room than beef. All of these recipes have paprika, no matter the protein. They look good however.
