I have never eaten potatoes with broccoli and eggs so delicious! Simple dinner recipe! If you’ve ever had a dream of a perfect, easy and so delicious dish, with most simple ingredients, these potatoes with broccoli would be your favorite! Potatoes are at the top of my list of favorite ingredients without a doubt. I love their versatility and the wide range of dishes you can create with them! It’s such a simple recipe that you definitely should try! Have a delicious day😋🥰😘

INGREDIENTS:
450g/ 1 lbs mini potatoes (or regular potatoes, quartered)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 head broccoli, broken into florets
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 lemon, sliced
2 cloves garlic
1 handful parsley
Spices:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Eggs:
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp butter
Season with salt and black pepper
✅ Ranch dip (optional) see ingredients in description
1 cup sour cream optional
chives or parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt

Mrs. Sophie, very nice recipe & looks delicious. I am going to add a couple of handfuls of whole pearl onions to my pan & sautee' with everything to make sure they are soft & sweet & I am going to use garlic salt( Lawry's brand only ) instead of garlic powder & should be good , God Bless you & your family.

I love it, except for the raw egg yolk. I know if someone serve me this dish containing raw egg yolk I would probably like it. It’s just making it that is unappetizing to me.
