*Steps for your Recipe Docs:* *Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the Salmon fillets.* *Put the olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the salmon on medium+ heat until golden-brown: ~6 mins on one side, flip and 2 minutes on the other side.* *In a separate pan melt the butter, stir in the minced garlic, cook until fragrant, ~ 1 minute. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, season with more salt and pepper. Add spinach. Cook until spinach is beginning to wilt. Stir in heavy cream and grate in parmesan. Sprinkle in minced basil and parsley, and reduce heat to Low. Stir and simmer until sauce is slightly reduced, about 3 minutes.* *Return or transfer the salmon to the sauce skillet. Spoon sauce over the salmon, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!*

Really cool recipe! As a cook i would change few things but it looks really good :). Season only with salt, not pepper, it really gets bitter when exposed to high temperatures for too long, add fresh grinded pepper at the end, same for your parsley and basil, reduce FIRST your sauce to have a good texture, cut the fire off, and add your fresh herbs then, it will slowly infuse in the sauce, without loosing it’s fresh herbal taste.

You don’t have to eat the skin if you don’t like it, but cooking with the skin will retain the juices better and cook it more evenly. My Confession: Made the Spinach Sauce, which I prepared with Pan-seared Chops & Pasta shells... What a magnificent aroma & flavor!! Can't wait to try with Salmon, which I 🤎 to pan-sear as well.. TFS this recipe

Thank you so much for this recipe. We gave it a try but replaced the heavy cream with “barista” soy milk since we don’t normally keep heavy cream in the house and it tasted great! Thank you again!

I think a nice fillet of salmon is the most satisfying food to look at. Just the super clean fat lines and the bright orange-ish color are beautiful.

I agree. Salmon always has exquisite presentation for any dish. They say you eat with your eyes first and a properly prepared salmon at the heart of it is always a pleasure to see

Ma'am, young lady, very nice recipe & looks delicious. I think for sides I will have lightly grilled thin asparagus spears brushed with a 50/50 mix of melted butter/olive oil & sprinkled with Lawry brand garlic salt, & baby carrots sauteed' with honey/butter, sounds good to me, how about you ?, 1 thing I have to have is wild caught salmon, you can buy farm raised salmon here for less, but has no flavor, God bless you & yours.
