Recipe :
Salt - 1 tsp.
Vegetable fat
Pasta 400-500 g
Cook the pasta until done.
The noodles are cooked!
Vegetable fat
Minced meat 500 g
Fry the minced meat for 8-10 minutes
Onion - heap
Fry spring onions for 3-4 minutes
Salt 1 tsp. / Oregano 1 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp. / Black pepper
Mix well
Garlic 2 cloves
Cut into small pieces.
Sauté the garlic for 3-4 minutes
Tomato sauce 350 g
Mix well
Simmer for another 5-6 minutes
Butter 60 g
Vegetable fat
Dry garlic - 1 tsp. / parsley 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Mix well
Cheese 150 g
Cream 20% - 250 ml
Add 1/4 of the cheese / Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp.
Mix well
Parsley
Put the prepared noodles in it.
Lay everything out in layers as shown in the video.
Spread the remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes
