Method of preparation
Boil the pasta in salted and a little oil water for only 6-7 minutes. Squeeze them out of the water and pour them into a pan.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips and fry for 5-6 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper and add it to the pasta.
In a bowl, beat and season the eggs and cream with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme. Pour the mixture over the pasta in the pan.
Stir, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° for 25 minutes.
