I like ghee in my pan. Everything tastes better. My first time, I couldn't believe the difference it made to our food. Must be nearly 40 years ago I found it available only in the Indian market. Now most food stores have it. So glad I can get it here. Canada. So, a long way to say my only change the first time is ghee. I want to know the original recipe taste and results before I start to play.

USA, Pennsylvania here. Late to finding your channel and have spent a few hours watching videos last night. Tried this one first this morning. I did substitute leeks for the parsley. Wonderful recipe. While we had this by itself for breakfast, my family all said this would be great as a side with just about any meal as any vegetable could be added to compliment the meal. Hello, I live near San Francisco, in the USA. I waited to comment until I made your recipe. It's great. Everyone in the house loved it. The kids have named it "Breakfast Pizza". We ate it with Salsa Fresca and Sour-cream as condiments, along with a side of seasonal berries. Your video popped up while I was looking for a similar recipe; a German potato omelette. The two recipes are very different in execution, though both are yummy. The preparation for your recipe is actually easier, and also a bit more colorful and more seasoned.
