I had a hysterectomy at 36 for medical reasons. Let me tell you menopause is hell. It’s an everyday battle. It literally makes me feel like I’m crazy sometimes. The rollercoaster ride your hormones take you on is absolutely insane. The hot flashes that feel like you are in an inferno, night sweats that will make you think you just got out of the shower, the exhaustion and brain fog never end. Then you have the mood swings and mood bombs. I call them bombs because they come out of nowhere. Those are the worst ones. I go from angry, crying, happy, angry crying happy over and over again. There are so many more symptoms. No sleep, incontinence, joint and muscle pain. All the medication I’ve tried makes my symptoms worse. Therapy helps me understand that I am not alone and I am not crazy. lol. I am 48 now and I have many years left of this and I do not look forward to it at all. I hope you can find something that helps you. 🙏🩷💜Good luck selling the Dolphin! I will miss her but look forward to your bus build!

Thank you for sharing and getting that off your chest. I imagine anyone can try and have sympathy, but you really can’t understand that journey until you go through it. I wish I was there for a friend more when she started this but I could not relate and often feel like I failed her. I’m giving myself grace and just making sure to listen to my body. Proud of you for seeking therapy. It’s so important to have support. Sending you love and patience while you transition into the beautiful crone, power woman you are becoming ❤ -Nikki

I had a hysterectomy in my early 40 for medical reasons as well. Menopause got unbearable for me last year at 58, my doctor told me to try Black Cohosh it’s all natural. I can truly say I have taken my life back.

HRT. It saved my sanity. Find a dr that understands women’s hormones.

A few years ago, I had a total hysterectomy after hemorrhaging almost to death. I didn't want to take hormones, so I drank a teaspoon of Maca powder every morning for a few months. It helps your body regulate hormones naturally. I didn't experience menopause at all. I was told a long time ago that I have unusually high testosterone levels. That explains a lot about my life lol. My advice is trying Maca. I feel like the rage is a normal reaction to the state of the world, so I just allow myself to experience it when it crops up, watch it flow through me and then let it go. Meditation is great for that. You got this.

Thank you so much for the support and the tips! Yes, even though I don’t indulge the news, that collective energy sits in our framework. Breathwork and meditation have been vital for me. I appreciate you

Hello beauty women, you all are a delight. I’ve been in menopause for a long time, and it sucks and it’s real. Never doubt that, but there are many ways to help it be less awful. I’ve been using bioidentical hormones for about 10 years, and it’s all the difference. I understand that many women do not want to take them, and if I didn’t have to I wouldn’t. But I refuse to suffer any more than necessary. Ps. There is an amazing new book called Eve, by Cat Bohannon, which explained to me that we outlive our ovaries. That made this whole process a little less daunting to me. I learned so much from this book, and I’m not beating myself up anymore now that I know this. I hope it helps. You are doing the best thing for the symptoms though, getting outside, in nature is the only medicine that works for me, (other than hormones). Best wishes for you beauty women, we have the strength to endure.

I took hormones during menopause - please don’t take these chemicals! I am certain taking them gave me estrogen-positive breast cancer. Don’t do it!! So many homeopathic remedies are available. Weird, but black licorice helps with the dreaded hot flashes! Has to be real licorice, no red vines. Or they sell licorice root supplements. I could tell halfway through my day if I forgot to take it. Please don’t take hormones!

I started pre menopause at 42. I am now 56 in full menopause since age 50. I have experienced so many crazy emotions and changes. I believe we all experience it differently so I suggest take them one day at a time as it comes. Pray ,meditate or how ever you deal with stress and anxiety. ❤😊

Just joining the chorus about menopause. Looking back I can see that it started earlier than I knew at the time. Post menopause, I feel like a different person and not in a good way. Instead of your incense stick I should get a large sage bundle. I am on HRT and it has been a lifesaver in terms of many of the physical symptoms but not my mood and emotions. I’m lucky my mom told me some of her physical symptoms so I was able to figure it out and see a doctor. Every woman is different, some of my friends sailed through it with no problems at all. But others of us go through A LOT and sadly some women suffer in silence out of embarrassment. Perimenopause can start as early as mid-30s.

I appreciate that you are mentioning your feelings of rage and anger. I am 55 and I feel like it is a natural state of being right now for women to experience anger and even rage. I have had it come up in the last couple years, and it surprised me at first, and then I realized it was a super power. 💚🌎

U got me 😂😂😂 with that waggle clip monitor. Cats r so cool, u can't get them to do anything on command like with dogs. Nat, if u use a spoon with a fork & then twirled the noodles it's easier & quicker. 😉 R u two doing the pride meetup this year? I'm in AZ too. I hope to meet U2 some day. 🤗😺🐕🏳️🌈🚐🙏🏽

I'm fortunate that I had a GYN, that refused a hysterectomy. I also had experience with a partner that had so many issues as a result of it. No thank you. Your body is like an ecosystem. When you remove anything, it disrupts the system

The audio is the worst out of every video you've made. Please use a compressor or normalizer to balance it out. I have to turn my TV to 60 to hear you talk and back down to 40 when the music comes on blasting loud. Also that wireless mic is worse than your phone mic. Either invest in a dji or rhode wireless or pickup a $15 wired lav mic or just use the phone mic. Also maybe listen to the video with a good set of headphones so you can hear how bad the audio is
@LetsPlayRideandSeek15 күн бұрын
Thanks for the tips. Yes, we will play around with the audio and see what we can do to remedy. We appreciate the advice
