Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 8 parts.

Roll the dough into a roll.
Place the buns on a baking sheet with parchment.

You will get 16 buns in total.

Leave the buns in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk.
