Today we will make a pie with a delicious filling.
1 chicken egg.
40 g sugar (2 tablespoons).
50 g of melted butter.
Mix everything well.
6 g dry yeast.
125 ml of warm water.
125 ml of warm milk.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix everything well.
Sift 550 g flour.
6 g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add the flour in batches.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Add a little more flour if necessary.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Put the dough in the bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
After 1 hour.
The dough has risen well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Form a ball from each part of the dough.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the dough on the table for 15-20 minutes.
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling.
250 g cottage cheese.
70 g brown sugar.
I use brown sugar for baking.
8 g vanilla sugar.
Mix everything together.
Grease the baking dish with butter.
The diameter of my baking dish is 28 cm.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out a ball of dough with a rolling pin.
The size of the dough is 33*30 cm.
Place 1/2 of the cottage cheese filling on the dough.
Fold the edges of the dough like I do.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Leave one edge of the dough free.
Make slits in the dough.
Now repeat after me.
It's very simple.
