It is Impossible a Creator doesn't exist. It is Impossible anything popped itself into existence: gravity, quarks, centrifugal force, light, carbon and all. It is important those began their own existence and close enough in time and space to cooperate in modifying themselves to higher states. And without consciousness. See the beauty they're claimed to have accomplished using impossible events: weeping willows, pheasants, tulips, puppies, redwoods, Grand Teton, sunshine and clouds. His Word proves itself to be that, in 7 ways.

This is an excellent cut of one of the most profound things that JBP says. If you can learn to live by these words and these words alone (unless you’re keto) you will absolutely TRANSFORM your life. This is one of the truest statements I have ever heard and the more I am able to work toward it, the better my life is. I can actually feel my life shift with a clunk as I get closer and closer to radical honesty. I speak what I see as truth with an openness to correction, regardless of who I need to speak to or where that conversation need take place. I approach each situation with openness, understanding, knowledge and zero tolerance for your bullshit. This is how I aspire to be like JBP.

My brother doesn't like reality and has been trying to twist it to his will for his whole life. He's destitute, friendless, relies of pot for everything, he believes that everything that has gone wrong in his life is someone else's fault and takes no responsibility, thinks that transitioning will make him happy, and thinks that anyone who disagrees with his ideology may as well be Satan himself. It's not pretty and it's sad. I can't be around him anymore because he brings out the worst in me and I can't help but resent him for what he's done to my family. And I feel guilty for that resentment. I want to feel sad that I know that reality is going to snap back at him because it's going to be ugly.

It’s true because there is one God that will make sure we pay for our sins unless we repent and give victory to the oppressed repenting is not enough you got to do good as well for the repent to be accepted and never do harm again. It comes in three 1. Stop oppressing people or transgressing 2. Cry over your sins and do good/ correct your mistakes 3. Never do them again and ask for forgiveness. Unless you do this you will learn the hard way .

"I do not pretend to understand the moral universe, the arc is a long one, my eye reaches but little ways. I cannot calculate the curve and complete the figure by the experience of sight; I can divine it by conscience. But from what I see I am sure it bends towards justice." Theodore Parker If we can not establish a system where consequences are real and meaningful, we will have a future that is more like hell. That future is not very far, it has arrived already. Can we take justice seriously? Can we see why it is the foundation of meaningful existence, to have a future for humanity and for the environment also? Isn't it just so obvious these days?

You all confuse "success" with happiness and think wealthy people are exempt from the pain if karma. Just because someone's net value doesn't change doesn't mean they didn't pay for it. And even if they truly didn't it doesn't mean that you won't. Live an honest life boys, figure out who you are and what you want. Otherwise your life will be constant ruin.

It's called K-A-R-M-A. A GENUINE concept around which the world revolves. That's why the East refers to it as a "WHEEL". No "hell" no "divine punishment" necessary, just "KARMA". And it's just as scary as the (absurd) notion of "burning in hell for eternity", knowing that YOU are responsible for your own actions (the word literally translates as "action") and that they WILL come back to bite you...knowing that, it makes you stop and think when you are about to, say, take revenge on someone, and you realize that your revenge will not only affect the target, but ALSO affect other people who are merely peripheral to it, and you then realize that you will ALSO be held karmically responsible for those "side effects" of that revenge, and so if you are smart, you say "Nah, I'll let karma handle it!" and go about your business, at peace. Works just as well as "turn the other cheek" and all that other religious nonsense people are bludgeoned with, and has the advantage of "making sense".
