It's a hard market if you want to sell. And I hope you can keep your new house so you dont need to sell both your old and your new house with losses in this market. I have been thinking of this back in the spring when i saw one of your house vidoes, that you can be hit both by higher prices and low resell price for your old house plus high interest rate. As I started with, thank you for your videos. I like your test. They are brilliant to sort out the sub optimal cars from the great ones. I think a lot of people are making a better choice when they buy a car due to your videos. PS I remember the first of your videos I saw back in the days. It was the one where you sleept in minus 35 degrees in your model x. It really inspired me, I sleep in the car on trips or for fun both in winter and summer. And it's really nice and i love it. I hope you get through this and can stay in the new house. But remember not to stress to much. I noticed that you seam stressed at your tesla highland release video.

It is hard to see a "Maths guy" like you being hit by this high interest and finantial crisis. I am also one myself, but I was also hit in the previous crisis in 2008: I got fired in a massive layoff, had to be under-employed for almost 3 years to continue working, had to use all my emergency savings and also had to be helped by my "family network" to continue paying the mortgate and not lose my home. Although I believe you soon will find a solution or workaround for this situation, do not forget you have a much bigger network over here that can help you and believes in your excellent work that provides us with content that is genuine, authentic, very unbiased and full of knowledge PS: BTW, of course, congrats on the new baby! :)

Sell the car, its replacable. I finished our house last january and had a simular situation where costs just went through the roof. Had to direct all sources into finding extra funds, a stressfull situation becouse bills just keep coming. A small gift from your community to help, focus on finishing your house, you wil get there
