Based on her skin tone, I'm going to say she hss worn sunscreen consistently and stayed out of the sun/worn hats. That is what everyone woman who has ever looked young has told me, wear sunscreen everyday and don't stay out in the sun, avoid sun and wears big hats. It's also why there's that stereotype about darker complected women looking younger than their years, melanin in the skin acts as a natural protectant (but still wear your sunscreen even if you're black or brown! You still need it to protect your skin even if you might not wrinkle as quickly!)

If you enjoy being in the sun, if it's good for your mental health, you do you. I'm not out here wagging my finger at people telling them what they just do, simply answering a comment someone made about what this woman's skincare routine might entail. I guarantee you that any fair skinned woman who looks younger than her years wears sunscreen and stays out of the sun- meaning limiting prolonged direct sunlight exposure (i.e. setting up at the beach in a shaded area/bringing a large umbrella or sun shelter, wearing hats with large brims and sunglasses on sunny days if you have to be outdoors, etc). I'm not advocating for anyone to live in a dark closet.

Strict plant based and home cooked diet. Stop all meds doctor is prescribing because that is only sucking out hydration to do something your body can do when any foreign substance enters it. Change your lifestyle and culture around food (at least until the illness goes away) and what you put in your bodies. Our bodies are resilient and can cure and overcome anything. Doctors who say something is incurable are liars or just ignorant and play the medical field’s commission game. Look into holistic healing methods. Simple foods like raw or steamed vegetables and fruits are medicine. When sick you go on a vegan diet. You can’t even touch dairy and meat at that point because all of it is mass produced with a bunch of additives to make it look, smell, and taste better and have a longer shelf life.
