Also appreciate the return of the weapon gags, but with a new twist to them, that was great to see. Because fighting the robot masters requires you to simultaneously adapt to their attack patterns and dodge their attacks - I found it way easier to simply use the MEGA BUSTER than use their boss-weapon-weakness. In Mega Man 1, it took just 2 or 3 shots to kill a boss with their boss-weapon-weakness. In Mega Man 2, they increased their hit tolerance to either 4 or 5 in most cases. But in Mega Man 4, 5 and 6 because of the chargeable mega buster, it became a lot easier to just use that so long as they weren't immune to it.

Ahh, the first MegaMan game I ever completed as a teen back in 2010... In a browser emulator in an old Mac laptop with tons of slowdown. Yeah, not the most optimal experience but still, I'm very fond of this one. Hope you remember to look up the 8bit fan demakes of MM7 and 8 for their respective videos btw. And a full color mod of the GB MM5 is being developed so maybe you can wait until it gets released before covering that game. Lastly, I admittedly believed that Mr X fiasco of the intro at first. Wasn't fully aware of Dr Wily's endless comebacks back then.

This one gets brought up as a textbook example of Capcom Sequel Stagnation, but it has its upsides. Being easier than the previous games makes it more accessible for newcomers, and the armor upgrades and Energy Balancer are like a preview of Mega Man X. Speaking of, a series of novelizations I love called Legacy of Metal makes some interesting changes to this game's plot, such as making Mr. X a legit good character who appeared in the previous stories and sponsored the robotics tournament as a trap for Dr. Wily, only to be killed and impersonated by him. In honor of his fallen friend, Dr. Light names his last creation after him. I hope you try MM7 sometime, it's one of my favorites.

Grats on making it this far, and love your style and animations! Actually, your animation style reminds me a lot of an old KZbinr who stopped making videos a while back known as ItsaDogandGame. He had quite a graphic edge to some of his animations so I don't recommend him for everybody, but I still loved his game reviews with how they mixed together with a pixel-animation style.
