Fun Fact: The only reason this game was made was to prove the SNES (Super Famicom) can make a game like Megaman 8 on that system. Seriously the developers actually said "Megaman 8 should have been on SNES and we will prove it".

I also think they should have made two new Robot masters instead of reusing Astro man and Tengu man. And, lastly toning down a little on the difficulty. Megaman and Bass felt like it was a Kiazo hack of a Megaman game.

@@panthekirb7561 That's because you are very good at Megaman games. A casual player coming from games like Megaman 2 and 3 are going to struggle with MMB. There was so many difficult jumps and unfair enemy placement in Megaman and Bass. I do agree that Megaman 9 was no walk in the park either.

@@panthekirb7561 Agreed that overall MM&B is not as hard as everyone's making it out to be. I had a harder time with 9 and 10, for example. It has to be played differently than a traditional classic MM game; especially if playing as Mega Man.

I ranked Megaman and Bass as one of my Top 25 games of all time, at first I considered X3 and X4 but those games don’t give that much of a challenge and don’t have collectible CDs so I ultimately decided on Rockman & Forte.

Mega Man 8 for super players... if you don't choose Bass. Some compare it to Mega Man X6 but aside from the checkpointing in the King stages I found it much better-balanced. I like how the CD collection includes Game Boy-only characters like Enker and Sunstar.

Gotta Bass normal makes this game so easy and once you have the Treble Booster that game is just on baby mode. I like how Bass and Megaman while having the same weapon are colored different to make the weapons feel more unique. Lastly now that you played 7,8 and now Bass. I’m curious do you prefer 7’s Super Bass/ Treble Boost design or do you like 8’s and onwards Super Bass/Treble Boost Bass?
