Yes, unfortunately I fell for these KZbin clowns talking about how easy it is to buy property in Japan. Took a lot longer than expected but I now have the right team to make future purchases much easier and faster (this one took almost 3 months of hunting and research). I am excited to get started there and the house is perfect for solar application. Looking forward to sharing more solar setup options with you and thanks again for your comments.
