Recipe 1:
1 zucchini 200 g.
Carrots 200 g.
350 ml water.
You can add more garlic.
250 g oats.
Salt to taste.
Sweet paprika.
Some favorite spices, such as curry.
1/2 cup water.
Blend with an immersion blender.
5 g dry yeast.
Let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
20 g sunflower seeds.
20 g sesame seeds.
Sauté in a frying pan.
30 g flaxseeds.
30 ml olive oil.
Add another 100 g oats.
Grease the baking dish with oil.
Sprinkle with a handful of flaxseeds.
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
Recipe 2:
Boil broccoli.
Broccoli yields 300 g.
200 ml water.
Some sundried tomatoes.
7 g yeast.
150 g oats.
50 g pumpkin seeds.
Sauté in a frying pan.
Chop with a knife.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
1 teaspoon saffron.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
1 teaspoon salt.
30 ml olive oil.
200 g oat flour.
Grease the loaf pan.
Vegetable oil.
I put the dough in the pan.
Cover and let rest for 10-20 minutes.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 40-45 minutes.
