In case anyone is curious how much damage exactly Sam took in the fight towards the end. It was 6207 after defenses.

Before defense it was 9832ish (might be a couple points off). Which means that Sam took 2.5 times max hp after defense, and just shy of 4 times their health in damage before the defenses, mostly coming from the 3 since Ra is squishy, and no defense items.

people are definitely sleeping on the lifesteal build in conquest. items like Sac shroud, poly, bancrofts, and typhons are all huge value. Ive been going bancrofts typhons rejuvenating on solo mages or aggressive guardians and its actually obnoxious. Fafnit and cerberus can actually 1v2 backline

It depend . Pestilence glyphe + any item is just reducing it 100%. Cerb + pestilence or the anti heal start just destroy it . I run pestilence on my solo just to avoid getting the life source of a hypercarry
