To Fix-1 I would also say limit your resume to 1 page; 2 pages, max. Some jobs expect 5-10 page resumes; data science is not one of them. Like you said, a decision about a resume is really made in the first 10 seconds. I should be able to find all I need to know within 10 seconds of looking at a resume. Good structure and formatting go a very long way.

well right now i am in 2nd year as a btech data science student so can you guide what things a data scientist resume requires the most ,so that i can start working on those. Thank You for the tips.....

I'd say some internship or at the very least some course project experience in the field you want to work in goes a long way. A little added bonus is that internships can turn into full-time offers if you do well.
