It sounds way easier than it is. In my area, that $309 a month is $175-200 a month. That's what the big company with a truck full of mexicans charge. And these are not small yards and with a ton of bushes. And they do a great job. There is no competing with that at all.

Hiring crews, buying 30k trucks, and 12k mowers is huge overhead. This model just seems like a headache.
