HI Stephen there are 128 fl. oz in a US gallon and 160 fl. oz in an Imperial gallon which is why a US gallon is 3.81 litres and a UK gallon is 4.54 litres. This makes the US gallon 20% smaller than the Imperial UK gallon.😳❤

Hemi is short for hemispherical combustion chamber which provides more power by more efficiently burning fuel. The paddles on the steering wheel allow you to manually shift the automatic transmission. They are about as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle.

I love a Hemi engine, if you want to know about what hemi is. one of my dream cars is a Dodge Charger RT 440, you will recognise them as the car in Dukes of Hazard, but the 1968 version is the very best version. That's a great review Stephen, it gives UK people an idea what some people over here drive, the RT designation means Road n Track, its a nice model. The Hemi is sold in many different size's, the 5.7 is not the largest but probably the most popular, its in Cars SUV's and Trucks, 3 in my family own Vehicles with Hemi's a Ram 2500 Truck, a Jeep Commander and a Jeep Grand Cherokee, my sisters Commander just had her motor replaced after 18 years of use at the cost of $10.000. 40 years ago all cars had big engines, today many here are 2 litres, many are the same cars as sold in the UK, Corollas Civics and Kia's VW's etc. Petrol is cheap in Texas as its a Gas producing state, in Oregon its well over $4, Id bet its over $5 in California, every state adds a different amount of tax hence the major difference.

Torque is a rotational force that differs from horsepower. The maximum torque that can be generated by a V8 engine is 650 ft-lbs. Whereas the maximum horsepower is 707. The V12 engines can generate a torque of 509 ft-lbs with a horsepower of 850. Hope that helps🧐 By the way bhp and hp are not the same measurement. Bhp is a measurement between torque and tyre frictional diferences between the road surface. So hp is always higher than bhp😊
