As someone whos also solo q’d ball to a measly gm3, theres almost no difference between diamond and gm from your POV. A monkey could counter ball and the two choices have always been “eliminate immediately” or “ignore entirely.” You might die a second quicker than in diamond, but the ana still has a truck sized sleep dart in every rank, and sombra is still a free hack/virus.
