Jessica Bradford i’m sure we’ve all been there. I definitely have. Sometimes feeling the emotions is literally the only way to deal with them. I wish there were alternatives, but for me, on really bad days, all I can do is lay in bed and feel my emotions. that is me “dealing” with my depression. just know that it’s a bad day(s), not a bad life. try to focus on the positives. but if you can’t focus on the positives, laying in bed is okay sometimes too.💜 sending you love and positivity. ✨
