When I was a kid, I loved snow. The older I get, not so much.
@jodiebelton625Сағат бұрын
When I was 12 years old my Uncle Gerry and his family came from Wisconsin to stay with us for Christmas in Virginia. That year was dry and not real cold. My Uncle brought two big ice chest outside, opened them up and dumped out the contents. It was snow. My cousins Jon and Lisa and my brother and I threw snow balls at each other in our front yard. People walking by stopped to watch. They might of wonder where the snow came from by the looks on their faces, but we were never asked. Great memory.

Hate to say this Ralph but an old seaman’s saying is. “Red sky in morning sailors take warning. Red sky at night sailors delight!” But it was a glorious sunrise, pinkest red and all! Loved the 🪱dance as always! Hope the pup pups get a clean bill of health from the vet! ✝️ God Bless you all! Stay warm!

Good Wednesday afternoon to everyone! I've read most of the comments and didn't see anyone mention the horrific fires in California. Someone may have earlier on. Just my opinion but I think we all need to be mindful of the extreme pain and loss so many Californians have and continue to experience. Sure....the snow and ice are a nuisance and a risk, but nothing in comparison to the fires!!! Sending constant thoughts and prayers their way...pray on!!!

We have a 5 yr old Pit bull and she has a harness for when we go places. (my husband takes her everywhere) I use a slip leash when we go out front to visit with neighbors or watch "dad" work on his bike or car. It is funny how much english she understands. I did buy her a black bath mat to teach her "Place", which worked like a champ at the vet when we needed her to step up on the scale. The vet was trying to pull and push her up there and was about to give up when I pointed to the scale and said "place". The vet liked that trick...lol Glad the puppies are doing well, God bless you and yours.

The 33rd parallel is a line that was drawn for navigation and mapping. It does influence land divisions. There is a road in Boulder, Colorado named baseline. It follows a parallel. There is also a road with the same name in Tempe, AZ which follows a different parallel. They are the lines we see on a globe. Parallels circumvent the earth parallel to the north and South Pole or East/west.

Ralph and LeeAnn every time you take your extremely intelligent livestock guardian dog's to the vet they will remember the routine. It will get easier each time you take them. Eventually you're going to bring the harness and leashes down and they're going to just run up and get into the car! Thank You for sharing your life with us. Much love from our family to your family 💞

Yep, we still have our remnants of the 10.5" or so we got here in Indiana. Could you put a cover over the old beepbeep run and maybe a chicken size door cut in the fence then cover beepbeeps old run so your girls would have more covered area to be in?? Still think you need to put a foam pipe cover over your main chicken door so you dont wack your head on it! Think Revel will be 120 and Riley 117 and no ive not seen the rock n talk yet!! Goodluck at the vet! Maybe get a quainsant hut for the girls if you dont wanna do a cover.
