Don't feel bad Meg I got my girlfriend to drive my 10.50 mustang for the first time and she did the same thing. Got out there about a thousand foot and lifted. I asked her why she lifted and she said that was fast enough. Lmao 🤣 Great video guys keep em coming!

had a great time at this event. learned a lot about drag racing in a short amount of time. being an old road racer, I needed all the knowledge I could get. would highly recommend this to anyone who has never been to a drag racing school or who wants a great refresher. Alex and Megan plus the track staff were the best!!!

Your hooked, I started Drag Racing when I was 15 and I did it until I was in my mid 50's I'm 67 now and I miss it every day, I only stopped because of my health and finances, I kept waiting to go faster and faster, I started building my own Engine's and did the majority of the work on my Car's, it can turn into a drug as they say, at some point driving the car will come as natural as putting on your shoes, it will help to read/ learn everything you can about the Engine and and all the things going on in a race car it will make you a better driver, I hope you stick with it and enjoy it as much as I do, good luck but mostly have fun.
