Your hooked, I started Drag Racing when I was 15 and I did it until I was in my mid 50's I'm 67 now and I miss it every day, I only stopped because of my health and finances, I kept waiting to go faster and faster, I started building my own Engine's and did the majority of the work on my Car's, it can turn into a drug as they say, at some point driving the car will come as natural as putting on your shoes, it will help to read/ learn everything you can about the Engine and and all the things going on in a race car it will make you a better driver, I hope you stick with it and enjoy it as much as I do, good luck but mostly have fun.
