Wow impressive! You put a lot of work into that and it paid off. I'm going to try the cheesecake recipe but adjust it to be vanilla I think. I am yet to find a vegan fridge-set cheesecake that holds a candle to what I remember from dairy ones. I think it all rests with whether the cream cheese is good enough, and as you say, tangy.

We should have had Hogwarts built in west Cornwall where you can see the sea on both sides would have been good for cornwall, not far from Newquay Airport..so magical and atmospheric ❤ Loved the table scape you clever thing!! ❤
