But I defo agree that sex fraud, sexual manipulation and sexual assault are all words I would use to describe that situation and should carry the same punishment as ‘grape’ as it carries the same effects. If someone I had sex with didn’t tell me they were trans, I (a trans woman) would feel VIOLATED and uncomfortable. IMO, you should always be honest with your partners, whether that be sexual or relationship. Ya know, i had a friend who's biologically a woman, I've known them since literal birth. Grew up with them. They transitioned to a male. Which is fine. It took some adjusting for me to call them by a completely different name. But they posted a status on Facebook one day that said something along the lines of "People are going to be okay with trans people." I told them they can't change everyone's mind and just roll with the people that support them. They disagreed with my comment and said people ARE going to be okay with it. Like their gonna force people to be okay with something, like that's possible. So i deleted them as a friend on Facebook because we no longer see eye to eye and I didn't want to upset them any further or have to walk on eggshells and watch what I say around them.
