If people want credit and want the money they should do the work you can't take the money but didn't do the work help write

Completely agree with you! I feel like it's best to split that money and do the work and make sure everyone(you included) does their parts and not have one person have all the money especially for a group when it comes to financials and things like that.

@@MusicGirl8447 You’re right they should have that already in place before a note is sang. If they don’t, they should only be paid for the work they do. I got him saying he split it to keep down conflict, but it’s going to create that anyway. If you’re doing everything and they do nothing and still get paid the same as you that will create resentment and anger, then comes the break. If a producer and/or writer are hired, they’re not splitting with them, so why should group members who are fulfilling those roles, split theirs? If all they did was show up for performances, that’s all they should be paid for. This very thing happened with DeBarge. The rest of the group skipped sessions and left all of the work (writing, producing and recording) on El and only barely showed up for performances. Then they had the nerve to get mad because Motown not only paid El more, but gave him a solo deal and dropped them. That’s like doing a group project. You do all of the research for it, compile it and then write the research paper. When it’s time to present it, the group member that left you hanging and didn’t contribute, shows up acting like they did and wanting the same grade you get. Nope you didn’t do the work, you shouldn’t get the credit or the grade.

Just FYI. I'm waiting until you post all of these to watch them. Cutting them up like this is annoying. I'm only saying this in case I'm not the only one feeling this way and for your own edification that others may feel as I do.

I agree. It's very annoying.

He realizes most people have the attention span of a door knob. Why post an hour plus video first if people are gonna be like wahhhhh it’s too long. I’m not watching all this. You gotta spoon feed the people.

@@fuhyou3223I think the more mature audience that would consume an interview like this would watch every second of it without once thinking about getting up. This isn't an interview with Ariana Grande or the newest flavor of the month; this is about a 90's R&B group. We are older and our attention spans are longer than you're giving us credit for. This isn't spoon feeding; it's annoying. I did two of them this way and just don't want to consume it this way anymore. I'm just waiting for it all to upload and then I'll watch it. If you're enjoying it this way, have at it.

@@Nostaljack You can always become a member to get the interviews the first day. It's very inexpensive. I don't think the views would be where Nnamdi would want them to be, I'll say, if you uploaded them for free on day one. If it's annoying to you, I understand. Personally, I like knowing what the topic is as I'm watching. If I'm not interested in a particular video then I don't have to watch it. I think the way Nnamdi does it is just fine but that's just me.
