On Mexican hwy, a portion of the road is literally next to the wall. It's pretty easy to go over in some places. Also, many migrants are taking up shelter space in San Diego. I used to live near El Paso for a few years, and after doing a lot of hiking and chatting with older folk its alarming at how lax the people in this country have been. The gates are secure, the towns are secure, but you walk a couple miles out and the walls fall off the Earth into nothing.
