Bro I just got my 18 month abdominal/groin injury diagnosed yesterday... will need to get a PRP Injection but on a planned rehab schedule to get back in 3 months... your initial injury videos definitely help me through some of my dark periods

At least I am going right with my training /pain or injury symptoms. As the phrase says in one year you will look back and you will say "I am glad I didn't quit".

I don't really have/ever really had, but just look up on KZbin bob and Brad strained hip flexor rehab

Nicholas, also a mentor of mine told me that a strain heals in 1 month per 10 years of age so if you are 15 years old it will take 1.5 months... Also make sure, if your physio approves, that you get in a leg workout programme for 1 hour every OTHER day and as long as you eat sleep recover well, you will see how quickly you will be back on the ball. Since Noah told me to so this leg programme 2 months ago I have been super consistent and now I can jump(Sheldon level 😂) and play with the ball! But always listen to your body and the advise of your physio!

Kneesovertoesguy transformed my injury situation and I’m cancelling my surgery I recommend anyone athlete or not look into his program and watch his videos on KZbin

@@chrismascarenhas1059 maybe I’m speculating and may not be 100% correct but kot guy suggests you should be able to work flexion and extension of the lower extremity through its full range and building a base strength whilst working to create intra articulated adaptions within joints over a prolonged period of time before engaging in ballistic work as aspects of his knees haven’t adapted to cope with such force. So basically by doing plyometrics before mastering kot isn’t wise but maybe I’m wrong .kot guy also suggests to never work through pain so if it is painful then Sheldon should regress the movements. But if he’s doing plyometric stuff before kot he may get easily injured again. I don’t know where Sheldon is and what injury he had so I’m lacking so much context.
