Dude, that is the best M5 ever, what mistakes are you talking about? Yes, high RPM, high cost, but this is THE classic of whole BMW lineup.

If you don't engage in your nice M5 you should sell it to someone who really can appreciate it and understand what this type of car is about. DIY are essential but learning about the car and fint the right parts will need patience.

the rear bumper might not be a oem bumper. it looks like it has the corners by tailights "warped". i know because i just put one in mine as a temporary.

20 years old Dude. I drive one. It is very reliable if maintained. Timing Belt tensioners. Add Apple CarPlay and you are up to date. Compare with a car payment. You get it. Cheap car over time. Be prepared for $2500.

Just a little DIY will save you a lot of $ and you could even find it fun. Join the local CCA chapter and got to a DIYT event. For example, that rear side mirror shade is easy fix. GL and enjoy.

The worst thing about these is the horrible front cup holders. Trick Bits has designed a center console Cup Holder that replaces the cubby

Thanks for the class Patrick . I needed it and stand corrected. You are right. I was incorrectly calling midnight Black what is actually carbon black . Next to imola red it’s my favorite e39 color .
