Salt to taste.

1 onion.
oil for frying.

Nien cuit au four, mieux que ds la friture mais par contre pourquoi perdre son temps à essorer les courgettes en laissant tomber le liquide dans le même récipient on pourrait faire comme pour les pommes de terre. Je regarde de l'estde la France
